Jhonathan Murillo Salcedo

Senior Architectural Graduate

With +10 years of experience and genuine interest in affordable housing design for everyone, Jhonathan is passionate about innovative design processes derived from a careful consideration of the project’s cultural and philosophical underpinnings. With a creative drive and a natural disposition to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams, Jhonathan is always looking to grow his knowledge of the project’s lifecycle, finding creative solutions to lead the best design outcome throughout the documentation and construction phases.

Having work for 4 years (2009-2013) with Doris Salcedo, internationally acclaimed Colombian sculptress, and with a persistent interest in philosophical questions about the concept of place and its intrinsic dependence on the architectural phenomena, Jhonathan attempts to harness this outlandish source of insights to shape the conceptualisation and materialisation process of projects across different scales, uses and typologies.
