Violetta is adept at managing large and complex projects, ensuring the design vision is carried through into the detail. Having worked extensively in Australia and internationally, Violetta has expertise across a wide range of sectors particularly high-end interiors, including transport, civic, commercial, hospitality, retail, and health.

Violetta is a natural leader and gets great pleasure out of bringing teams together to collaborate. Having taught design for many years, she enjoys sharing knowledge, mentoring and building skills within the team, particularly with younger designers.
