Truly a fitting town centre, Marina Square comprises urban retail across two levels with a full line supermarket, a range of fresh food retail outlets, and a quality and casual dining strip providing a vibrant community “place” complimented with specialised service retail and personal service providers.

Activation of the street frontages via a mix of residential, retail and public domain, enabling the precinct to act as a key urban component and a unique hub for waterfront living. The design encourages the social interaction of residents and visitors, and due to the scale of the square at the arrival of the footbridge, plays this role for the greater precinct.
