Ironbark Apartments Wins Award

75 Affordable housing dwellings integrated into the broader Harold Park masterplan. These dwellings provide much needed accommodation for essential works in the Sydney CBD for City West Affordable Housing in Sydney | City West Housing.

Studio.SC undertook the architecture and interior design and initially won the project through an invited design competition. The project was delivered under a lump sum procurement and has been very successful for City West and their residents.

Congrats to the many many people within Studio.SC, past and present, who worked on these projects, from design, through to delivery on site.

Of the 20 National Awards for the evening, it is a fantastic outcome for Studio.SC to have been behind 3 of those awards.
