Externally the emphasis has been placed on longevity. Not just in the selection of long lasting and low maintenance materials but also in terms of consciously avoiding bold statements of fashion. The façade is calm, elegant and predominantly neutral in colour, allowing the building to age gracefully while maintaining over the long term a high standard of quality in the perception of the marketplace.
