The design focuses on enduring built quality, integrating timeless materials including polished steel, marble and granite to develop a building which reflects its true statement as one of the finest corporate buildings in Sydney.

With a series of elevated public and common spaces that lift tenants and visitors off the busy streetscape frontages and provide much needed access to fresh air and respite.

The building is quadruple fronted at the ground plane allowing access to natural light on all four sides, including a northern aspect to Australia Square's plaza.
