The building will celebrate the local history and character of Mascot’s industrial heritage while bringing a tactility and human scale to the development. In the age of smart building technologies, the project will deliver improved operational efficiencies, flexible and adaptable design, and offer a people-centric work environment.

Leveraging its sustainability aspirations, the building introduces a hybrid timber, steel, and concrete structural system. Binding the architecture to the vernacular of Mascot, whilst promoting a healthy and natural environment for its occupants.
