The Oran Park Podium development will ultimately realise 200,000m² of retail, commercial, hotel and residential as the core Town Centre to a rapidly growing precinct in South West Sydney. Our recent works includes a major retail development, new main street and play park. With future hotel, residential and commercial offerings underway.

Podium comprises a 15,000m² retail expansion, car park, childcare centre, play park and covered walkway connecting the existing Oran Park retail offering across a new main street and public domain.

The centre creates an active main street through outdoor dining offers that spill onto the sidewalks. Within, the centre creates a strong arcade language defined by a hybrid timber construction anchored by a significant scaled market hall that becomes the core focal point for the retail experience.
