Sydney Superyacht Marina caters to a variety of people, with diverse needs and requirements. The design challenge was to integrate all facilities on a compact urban waterfront site. Long term flexibility in berthing and land side uses also informed the ultimate design outcome.

The scheme contemplates a robust geometric form defining the Rozelle Bay waterfront with clear and unambiguous edge definition along the waterfront promenade. Such urban design imperatives reinforce the sense of security and provide a safe public domain for operators and users alike.

Placing generous balconies on both levels of the marina created new flexible space and opportunities for views across the water. The marina houses a range of facilities positioned for easy operational access, and the public can now view superyachts berthed at the marina via an accessible boardwalk.
